Breadcrumb NavXT Duplicate at Theme Install

Hi I just purchased and installed Dante and related plugins in a fresh 3.7 WP site. The first plugin Breadcrumb NavXT installed twice and now neither copy will delete. One copy doesn’t show a ‘delete’ option the other produces a 500 error. Please assist. Thanks

Hi,
You can simply delete both the folder’s of the plugin via FTP and then reinstall the plugin .

NO Mel, it’s not. As clearly stated in our similar post that you closed without answering.. “THERE IS NO ‘DUPLICATE’ FOLDER TO DELETE.”

After the FIFTH Fresh Install of this theme, this (not the video tutorial followed precisely) worked:

Install theme >> install mandatory Envato WordPress Toolkit >> [For the next installed plugin not to be a ‘ghost’ or duplicate entry] deactivate theme (and Envato plugin) >> reactivate theme (which activates plugin) >> install remaining recommended plugins >> install demo content (optional)
