    Hi @BonusDeLuxe,

Please can you let me know which browser you are using to see this blurry image? I’ve checked here and it’s fine where I am checking! I am on a retina display at the moment however.

    Thanks,

    – Ed

Hmm. Here is what I see in safari on retina mbp – https://www.dropbox.com/s/zt3hk3h4408pkws/Screenshot%202014-06-06%2013.25.28.png

Try editing /woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php line 92 to:

    $image = aq_resize( $image_link, 800, NULL, true, false);

    and let me know.

The gif is not placed on the web side it’s only for your information. It has to help You to see the difference between the sharp picture and the blurry one ( again !!! ).
Please, help us to fix this problem, the pictures are blurry on our web side and blurry pictures can sell the product !!!
We attached the examples – You can see how the pictures should like an how they look on the web side ( check the first post in this thread ) please visit our web side http://www.busymondaylab.com. The problem occurs only on the product page – gallery is ok, pictures are sharp.
And please do not write: “I can’t see the problem, pictures are ok” – please, read the whole thread once again, see all attachments, then rethink the problem, and give as the right solution.
    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I understand that the gif isn’t on the site, I was asking for a link/location to the page where I can see this actual image that is blurry.

I have read the whole thread, checked attachments, and if I’m unable to see the problem at first glance, then I will have to question it.. At the end of the day, I developed the theme, hence I do know it better than anyone!

I was checking on a retina macbook before, and it looked perfect, but after checking another machine a can see a slight blur on Safari. This looks to be due to the slider – but I’ve noticed you haven’t changed the above code which I suggested? Or if you have, then you haven’t uploaded a larger image for the product – can you try this (800px wide +) and let me know?

Either way, I’ll check the issue with the slider plugin tomorrow.

Please look at the pictures once again. Pictures are blurry on Retina and on the other computers as well. So it’s is not a Retina problem. They are blurry on Safari on Firefox and Chrome.
We are uploading really big pictures 1080 x 1440. I tried to upload 2160×2480 and the pictures were also blurry, so it’s not the image size problem. As You can see on the left there is a photo form the product page on the right there is the same photo from Preview. Look carefully – the right one is like trough the mist and the left one is super sharp.
    Thanks

What is a link for the product on your site? Only one I can see is this – http://www.busymondaylab.com/product/ipad-mini-sleeve/ where the image is 562px wide?

Yes, when I inspect the image on the product page it’s 562px wide. And this is the problem, no matter what image size is uploaded it’s still 562px wide! As I said my images are 1080 x 1440 px, so I have no idea why they are screened like that.
