On my blog page the picture of the author is not showing. I get the general avatar gray pic. How do I get an authors picture to show?

Hi,

This is WordPress functionality, it will show your author avatar if the author’s email has an associated Gravatar – that’s what WP uses. You can set the fallback avatar in Settings/Discussion.
