Email does not include a link to the articleThanks in advance for all of your help!!

Swift IdeasMay 29, 2014 at 11:49 am #78566Hi,
I have a featured image set for all posts. All of the social networks work appropriately and pull the feature image except for Google+ which pulls the “Related Article” image at the bottom of the page. See http://lpanalyst.com/sitev2/lp-analyst-expands-dallas-team-press-release/
Also, the email link does not put a link to the article, just a short summary of the text.
May 29, 2014 at 4:35 pm #78783You may be working on this but the social share is no longer appearing on my blog posts.

May 30, 2014 at 11:27 am #79054Hi
The css I gave you to reposition the social icons are effecting this page, please can you add
.single-portfolio
before all of the css I gave you so that it only applies to portfolio items.
I will leave the first issue with Mohammad

Swift IdeasJune 1, 2014 at 9:15 pm #79381Hi Mohammad!
Facebook is now correct.
Google+ on this page pulls the image of the girl from the “Related Article” on our team instead of the guy from the “Featured image”. http://lpanalyst.com/sitev2/lp-analyst-expands-dallas-team-press-release/
Also, when you click on share via Email it does not generate a link to the article in the email, just an excerpt.
Thanks!

June 3, 2014 at 2:38 pm #79859Hi @lpanalyst,
I think the issue with the email not including the link is the length of the excerpt text. I’ve limited this for the next update. Send me an email via: http://themeforest.net/user/swiftideas if you need this sooner.
As for the image, you’ll want to install the WordPress SEO plugin, as this will add the social meta tags to the header to use the correct image.
Hope that helps.
