Blog post display format

I would like my blog posts to be displayed in full on this page:

http://www.triumphtech.co.uk/category/blog/

I would like them in chronological order, how can I do this?

I changed the display type of the archive to standard mode instead masonry.

Ok thankyou. Just a few more things. How can I remove the breadcrums from this page and the individual blog pages. Also I want it to display the actualy blog text on that page too. Not just a link to read more. Is this possible?

Add the code below to your custom css option in the theme options

.single-post #breadcrumbs, .category-blog #breadcrumbs{
   display:none;
}

You can place a specific custom excerpt in the post but is limited.

Im sorry I cant find where to add this CSS, if I go to Appearance > Themes there is no where to add this?
