Blog: Move Comment Icon and Heart?

Is there a way to move them to the bottom of the post on the main blog page? Date as well?

Or add another set at the bottom of the post? Or a way I can have a leave comment at the bottom without manually doing it for each post?

I dont use the read more so readers have to scroll back up to comment if they didnt open the post. My readers dont like the ‘read more’.

I just want to move them to the bottom of the post in the main blog feed.

Right above the divider line? Date on the left and the comment icon and heart to the right? Or all three in the middle? All three to the right?

The date is not as much needed as the comment and heart.

Ive been manually adding a link at the bottom for the past few posts but Id rather not do that if I dont have to. 🙂
