The token should be correct…

I was able to get it from: http://instagram.pixelunion.net

The link built into the theme’s blog element (http://www.pinceladasdaweb.com.br/instagram/access-token/) doesn’t generate anything for me.

Hi,

Login with your Instagram and then click “Get Token” here http://www.pinceladasdaweb.com.br/instagram/access-token/ with the User ID and the key, try to replace that in this URL, if it didn’t generate errors means it should surely work, if it gives error means it won’t show in the blog.

https://api.instagram.com/v1/users/USERID/media/recent?access_token=TOKEN

That link doesn’t generate a token for me. Clicking “Get Token” merely refreshes the page.

It’s odd. Try this http://jelled.com/instagram/access-token or this http://bobmckay.com/web/simple-tutorial-for-getting-an-instagram-clientid-and-access-token

If that didn’t solve the issue, I forward this thread to ED, to take a look at the issue.
