    Hi everybody,

I come with a simple question:

how did you build this blog?

    http://themeforest.net/item/neighborhood-responsive-multipurpose-shop-theme/full_screen_preview/5086341

is it a portfolio or a page?
    or is there no difference?
are you working with page builder?

i tried it out with page builder.

but there its not possible for me to change the images size.
I don’t want full size. I like to have the image 700 px wide.
it should be centered and the text below the image should be a block like in your sample.
if i choose “single image” in the swift page builder the image is always more than 700 px wide and I don’t know where to influence the size.

thanks a lot and best wishes,
    Lisa

    Hi,

the link you sent it’s the generic to our demo in themeforest.
You should close the Themeforest frame and open our site directly in neighborhood.swiftideas.net

Then send us the link of the page you want to show us.

    Hi

Add the blog asset to your page, set the type to standard and then in the post meta options make sure you have set sidebars to ‘none’

    Hi Kyle,

I am talking about the image.
when I use the page builder the image ist always to wide.
if i choose “single image” in the swift page builder the image is always more than 700 px wide and I can’t influence the size.

now I tried to build the page without swift page builder.

the image has the right size and is centered.
now the text should be aligned left and not centered below the image. (see the image)

    is this possible?

I am not building a blog where people can comment the articles – its only a simple page with the latest news.

    thanks a lot!
    best wishes,
    Lisa

    Hi Kyle,

I am not sure if you know what I mean.

the text should be aligned left – but exactly below the image which is centered.
    please see the attachment.
and not an the left edge of the page.

    best wishes,
    Lisa

In the classic editor the way to do that is probably using a table to restrict the content inside a some of the columns.

You can use the Swift page builder and instead the single image asset use the text block and insert the image just like you are doing in the classic editor.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Rui,

    thanks for your reply.
I used now the text block for the images. this works.
but I would like to put the text exactely below the image which now is centered.
    but this is never working.
I only can center the text but want the text aligned left below the images.
if you know what I mean. (see the image attached)

    thanks for your help.

    best wishes,
    Lisa
