    Hi, I’m not able to visualize my theme option page, I see a blank screen, I’ve installed the theme many times but the problem is still there.
    Can you help me?

    I also report this error, while attemping to install the child theme it says I don’t have enough permissions…

    of course you can, also I’ve found that there is a conflict with the YITH WOOCOMMERCE AJAX SEARCH plugin, when I deactivate it I don’t have the error, but the whishlist is very important to me I hope you can help me fix it.

    do you have the password to log in right?
    I just wrote it down while opening the ticket

    Hi,

    It seems that your site is running out of memory. I disable 4 plugins and managed to see the theme options panel.

    Can you check you server logs to find any further information?

    Also increase your WordPress Memory inside the file wp-config.php
    Increase to 256M

    I’m seeing that you still have 64M of memory. Can you provide me ftp access so I can adjust this to see the difference?

    I didn’t deactivate any plugin and this is the result.

    Try to clear the cache and try again, we can see different things with the same settings.
