    Hi! I’ve rencently buy the Neighborhood theme and installed (following your instructions) in wordpress 3.7.1

    When I activate it appears a blank page in the admin panel and in the website. I don’t know what is happening but i suppose is a problem with my hosting company. Is a reseller of 1&1. May i have an special server configuration for this???

    I have tested in another hosting provider and works perfectly so… what should i say to that reseller???? Thank you very much!!!!! Great theme!!!!

    I recommend telling your hosting company about this error and asking them what they can do about it.

    And… apart from telling them I have a blank page with no error message… what should i say to them to understand me? which are the server requirements? What can be crashing the theme? I have no idea what to say to them. Thank you!

    Hi

    I have the same problem of blank page on my admin with any tabs.
    I notice when i delete woocommerce i have no problem.
    and no problem for woocommerce with other template…

    Have you an idea ?
