    Thanks, I can now access the server, though I cannot edit/save any files.

    1) Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    2) Please active Twenty17, do you still get the bullet/character encoding issue?

    Unfortunately, this is almost impossible for me to debug – my IP has changed yet again, most frustrating.

    Yes, using the emulator I can replicate on your site, not on our demo site though.

    Can you create a zip file of your uplift theme (not the child) and send me a dropbox link so I can download this?
