    We’re about to go live and on checking the mobile version we’ve noticed that the add to cart button is cutting off some of the images. What can we do to correct this issue?

    It is particularly bad on this page: http://dev.karebou.com/product-category/findings

    Also, when the mobile device (iPad) is vertical, the sidebar is floating under the images instead of being responsive. This issue needs to be corrected as well. I have attached an image illustrating the issue.

    Cheers

    Hi,
    There is no space to show full text so some text is hiding. I decrease font but its seems very small after change font size and its not readable.
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hi Mohammad,

    The text isn’t the issue. It’s the image that’s being hidden that I’m concerned about. What can we do about the text hiding the image??

    Also you didn’t address my second issue…when the mobile device (iPad) is vertical, the sidebar is floating under the images instead of being responsive. This issue needs to be corrected as well. I have attached an image illustrating the issue.

    I’m really unhappy with how long it takes to get support for this theme. Can someone please take a look at my issues above?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the delay. It’s not suppose to be like this.

    I added a few css to fix the size of the problematic widgets. It seems that their code isn’t responsive.

    This was the code that I add in you custom css option

    @media screen and (max-width: 979px) {
    .tax-product_cat .has-left-sidebar aside.sidebar input.search-field, .tax-product_cat .has-left-sidebar aside.sidebar select.dropdown_product_cat {
      width: 100%;
    }
    }

    Hope it helps.

    -Rui

    Hi Rui,

    Thank you for your reply. The css has fixed the issue with the sidebar however my first issue…the add to cart button hiding the images has not been resolved.

    It is particularly bad on this page: http://dev.karebou.com/product-category/findings/caps

    Hi,

    You images have different sizes, maybe you should adjust your image settings in Woocommerce and resize all thumbnails like explained in the article below.

    Check this article.

    Hi Rui,

    We are using the suggested Woocommerce settings for images as you can see…you do have access to our admin, but they haven’t resolved the issue. And yes, we did regenerate the thumbnails when we changed those settings months ago. What else can we do to fix this?

    Hi @karebou

    Just received your rating on ThemeForest. The reason it is taking longer that you’d expect for us to reply is that you’ve added a response, which takes your question to the back of the queue (this is stated in our support policy).

    In terms of the add to cart button, I’ve just added some custom css for this for you.
