I have this theme and want it to be in EN DE and FR

I don’t know how to translate the site or pages. I installed WPML and also WPML String Translation, do I have to translate every page manually?

I have around 25 products for men and 25 for women

How can I translate the site effectively?

Hi, I recommend asking the WPML guys to help you with that, but as far as I know yes, you need to translate everything manually.
