haven’t bought WPML yet but I’ll do so if needed.
Can you recommend a dual/multi-language workflow that doesn’t interfere with theme updates?
I’d prefer URLS like
domain.com/DE/produkte/lautsprecher…
and
domain.com/EN/products/speakers…
Switching language on any DE-site should forward to the corresponding EN-site and vice-versa.
domain.com/DE pointing to main site in German
domain.com/EN pointing to main site in English
I’m not expecting a step-by-step guide (but wouldn’t mind if you have one…).
Just asking for your best-practice recommendation.
I’m not sure about how to add a master category (like DE or EN) in front of
every language without actually creating a DE/EN menu entry. Any hints?
