    Hi,

    We are having a problem. When someone adds something to the basket and then navigates to another page on the site the basket count has not been updated and resets back to 0.

    I have disabled all cache plugins on the site and it is still a problem. Please try it out on the above URL in Google Chrome.

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we look for you.

    Please also add a WP login for us to take a closer look.

    Hi Joe,

    I’ve not disabled any plugins, I’ve cleared my browser cache. The basket count is now updating as expected for me.

    Can you confirm?

    It has already updated initially but if you ensure you are logged out. Add item to the basked and navigate to another page the basket count goes back to 0.

    Ah ok, yes I see. I cannot replicate this locally on my dev version.

    If it’s ok with you I will go ahead and disable the plugins.

    Once the plugins are disabled the issue is not present.

    I have re-acted them for now. It’s possible WP Rocket is aggressively caching the AJAX cart dropdown.
