    Hi,
    I’ve added 4 Slides through “Sliders>Add New Slide”.
    They are all added to the only slider group I have, “Home Group”.
    When I go the page that I want to display the “Home Group” Slider on, and click on the Add Media button above the Edit Window, I get the window with 5 choices, the last is Slider.
    Problem: No “Home Group” slider listed/shown.

    Hey Peter,

    After clicking “Sliders” in Add Media, you need to choose the slideshow type and set it to Slides, like in the image: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/642/0089395582.png

    You will then see the slider group that you have created.

    Hi there,

    Looks like an issue because you’re using the previewdns domain:

    Refused to display 'http://outernettelepathicweb.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Foute…dia-upload.php%3Fchromeless%3D1%26post_id%3D368%26tab%3Dwooslider&reauth=1' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.

    Hi Ed,
    Thank you. However, that leads to the obvious question:
    How does one build a site, adding a slider, before it is published?

    Many folks build sites with previewdns; as they aren’t ready to go public.
    Honestly, I’ve added sliders to other sites/themes while in previewdns.
    Seems to be a serious flaw. What kind of work-around or solution is there?
    Would this happen with any of the other slider types in Flexform? Would the Revolution Slider work?

    Hi Peter,

    It seems to be an issue with the WooSlider plugin. What browser are you using? Can you try a different one to test?

    If that’s no go, you might want to ask your host if they can allow it.

    Hi Ed,
    I’ve tested in Foxfire, (I generally work in Chrome). Same problem exists. Also, I’ve looked everywhere in the Dashboard, every drop-down, etc., and can’t find the “WooSlider”. Where are the settings/controls for this?

    Respectfully, this is a real problem. Flexform was selected for it’s integration with WooCommerce, as well as it’s slider options, a feature my client wants. I’m using one of the largest ISPs in the world – GoDaddy. I must work in DNS Preview, because the client’s existing site is still online until we publish the Flexform version.

    I need a solution to this; you’re last sentence in your reply doesn’t give me specific enough info to relay to GoDaddy.

    With all respect Peter this isn’t anything we can do, the options you have is to either publish to a protected subdomain of the clients domain, host it on another domain / another provider or ask godaddy for support with your issue concerning previewdns.
