Dear Sir
I am happy to purchase your theme since it’s beautiful and easy to use. However, I have a few questions to ask.
1. can I hide product category names in product list page?
for example,in http://coco30.com/shop/mask_en-zh-hans/, you can see list of products I sell.
I would like to hide product category name from the list (e.g., 护肤, 面膜)
2. can I decrease font size/color for product list?
3. can I hide sale tag ?
4. can I make product picture be smaller? (both in product list page and in single product page)
5. After I change to Atelier Theme, suddenly my site become extremely slower. Professionals in hosting service provider believes that some of files are trying to find those two files, which are not located in the server .

http://coco30.com/resources/_js/jcarousellite_1.0.1.min.jscould you please help me out to resolve this issue? maybe this is not the theme issue, but I can’t find the issue, when I changed to different theme. (I used woopress, but the theme was not fully support WPML)
Dear Sir, Thank you for support in advance. Since I am novice, your help will be very helpful and critical for us.

please help me how to put this information on thank you page.

June 27, 2015 at 4:05 pm #189314Hi sangsoo,
Those are all questions to do with WooCommerce, they aren’t controlled by the theme. Please check the WooCommerce docs here: http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/

David.August 18, 2015 at 8:12 pm #205121Hi Ecopark,
I’m using wpml with Atelier too. When I activate wpml the site backend is extremely slow, with many “connection time out” error after updating any page or product.
Can you tell me how you resolved your issue number 5 before I create another topic.
Many thanks
August 19, 2015 at 12:29 am #205166Hi,
Based on your description it seems that your server is running out of memory. You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file
Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.
Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.

August 19, 2015 at 2:55 pm #205409Hi,
Atelier as a theme is super fast, this is likely caused by your hosting environment or plugin setup.
Let us know if you have any more queries.
Thanks,
David.August 19, 2015 at 3:59 pm #205451thank you for your reply.
I disable everything and enabled only atelier and wpml.
i gave 512M to php memory.unfortunately server response get really slow and not able to use commercially.
I tested under 2cpu, 4g memory ssd hosting environment.if you have better suggestion, please let me know.
thanksAugust 19, 2015 at 5:49 pm #205507Hi,
Our demo site loads in roughly 1-1.5 seconds or less.
Have you tried changing the performance options to “On” in the Theme Options => General Options => Performance Options.
Also located in the Swift Framework => Options => Performance.
Have you used any caching plugins or a CDN also? Such as W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare?
Thanks,
David.August 20, 2015 at 1:44 am #205620Dear David,
Did you try WPML?
please let me know what would be response time of Atelier, after applying WMPL.by the way, I applied everything except CDN.
Thanks
August 20, 2015 at 12:00 pm #205736Hi,
Yes we ensure the theme is WPML compatible, many, many people are using WPML without any issues.
– I’ll get our lead developer to follow up on this, however these issues seem related specifically to your environment.
Thanks,
David.August 20, 2015 at 2:06 pm #205810I don’t believe your issues are with Atelier. #5 on your first question – those are not within the theme, so must be a plugin of some sort trying to load those.
Test with the default WordPress theme and see what kind of speed you get – bearing in mind this doesn’t have any built-in functionality as such.
