Hello,
I tried to install a backup plug in called “BackWPup Free”, but seems like my wordpress / theme doesn’t allow me to use it.

Do you recommend a plug in or even a way to backup the files?

Please purchase any premium plugin like Vaultpress or you can use Backupwordpress.
