    Hello,

    We tried making the promo bar at the bottom of the home page have a background image, but when we refresh the page while using Chrome, the background image does not load on several occasions.

    What should we do to correct the issue?

    Which browser did you use?

    It loads every time with Safari and Firefox. However it does not load every time with Chrome. I have adblock installed on Chrome.

    Could that be the issue?

    No. We were working on the site. You probably got our maintenance message.

    It’s turned off now so you should be able to see it. As per my email above:

    Just deactivate the Ad-block plugin and check for issue.
