Background images for the header and body of the site?

I have looked through the options and cannot find an option that allows me to set a background image for the header or the body of the site. Is there any way in which I can set these? Thank you in advance.

Body bg (only works with BOXED LAYOUT)

/Theme Options/General Options: Page Layout – Select Boxed

then

/Theme Options/Background options: Use background image (ON), then upload image.

header: you’d have to manually add a bg in the css. not sure.

for the body i meant the actual white space where your text etc goes, the background option is for the background visible on the sides outside the page layout when using the boxed layout. thanks for the offer of help though =) !
