    HI,

I would like to know if it’s possible to change the background color of TEXT BLOCK elements that I have on a page ?

    Thank you

    Thank you Ed,

But if I use icon boxes within a TEXT BLOCK it doesn’t work…right ?

What do you mean it doesn’t work? Can you provide a link or some more details?

    I got it πŸ™‚

It looks like it works only in TEXT BLOCK (Full Width)… In the simple TEXT BLOCK there is no alt bg option.

I Also noticed that I need to put the extra class “no-arrow” to hide the block arrow…

I’m trying to build a section on a page with columns and icons, like in your demo (Landing Page) in the section “A few of Dante’s core features”…

I use TEXT BLOCK (Full Width) that I split in 3 columns. I add the class
“pb0 mt0 btw bb0 mb0 no-arrow” and I get a messy layout with the 3 columns on top of each other…(see attached screen)

Can you explain what I am missing πŸ™‚

    Many Thanks

    P.

That area on our demo site is done with a text box set to the left, and a single image set to the right.

Then within the text block on the left, we have three icon box shortcodes one after the other. The background colour for that section is simply the body background colour.

    Hope that explains it!

    Almost πŸ™‚

Please see the attached screen… How would you build something similar but with a black bg for example ?

    Thank you

Ok, that’s doable. Just use a full width text box, then you can use the content layout shortcodes to split into thirds:

    [one_third]
.. icon box shortcode here ..
    [/one_third]
    [one_third]
.. icon box shortcode here ..
    [/one_third]
    [one_third_last]
.. icon box shortcode here ..
    [/one_third_last]

One last question… Which class can I add to increase the margin bottom ?

    All the best
