    Hey there,

    My back-to-top button doesn’t work anymore, for a reason I can’t seem to figure out…
    Do you have any idea how to fix it?

    I see there are a few JS errors on your site, did you just update this theme?

    Can you add a FTP login?

    Hi,
    You have customized the theme through child theme. Please activate the parent theme and check for issue.

    Hi Mohammad,

    When I activate the parent theme, the back-to-top button does work. But when I switch back to child theme, it doesn’t work anymore.

    Hi Mohammad,

    There is no JS files in the child theme.

    Do I copy/paste the parent ones into the child folder?

    Your child theme break this functionality. Its working perfect with parent theme. What customization have you made through child theme?

    Hi,
    Please deactivate your child theme and use attached one. You can make the css changes through new child theme.

    In that case try to remove the css changes just to be sure that is the problem.

    Hi Rui,

    I removed all my css changes, and it didn’t solve anything. Back to top button still not working.

    I’ll try the custom child theme Mohammad sent earlier.
