    Hey,
    I’m really liking Dante so far, But I’m really missing an option to post audio (in my case via soundcloud) As I have Full Width Media Display set as a default, I’d really like the audio player to be shown as the detail media. Is there any workaround to be able to use embed codes/iframes/shortcodes in the Custom detail display text area?

    Hi,
    I believe Soundcloud has there own embed code which you can place in the html content of the individual post for it to appear there.

    Yes of course that will work, but will display in the post body. As mentioned in the OP I was more after a workaround to get the player to appear in the detail media area

    Hey Danito,

    This is why we included the “Custom” Detail Type option – https://www.dropbox.com/s/peb9820qmb01wuv/Screenshot%202014-02-20%2012.28.57.png

    That way you can embed whatever you like in the detail area 🙂

    Hey Ed I’m getting no output into `<figure class=”media-wrap full-width-detail col-sm-12″ itemscope=””>
    </figure>`
    when using the Custom detail type, I have tried soundcloud & youtube embed codes, plaintext and an tag.

    I want the soundcloud iframe/player to appear in the blog thumbnail/mainpage. But without hacking it via the quotes function.
