I absolutely love the Neighborhood theme. I believe there’s is room for improvement in the support though. Unless one nag you guys like crazy, the support primal answers tend to be unspecific and often only half of the question is answered. It seems like only half of the question is read. This feels disrespectful and it is annoying as it takes time to write clear questions. I really want to keep a nice positive energy here, so please respect us too by reading our questions all the way through.
I spend a lot of time in this forum and this is my perception of you guys, individually:
Mohammad: Seems to be new. Doesn’t read or answer the whole question. I’ve only got one answer from him, so this could be a one time event that won’t happen again.
Melanie: Often inconclusive answers. I see this in answers to other customers too, as I always try to search previous questions before I create a new topic. Many answers saying “that can’t be done” and no suggestion for an alternative solution. I believe everything can be done – it’s all about attitude and figuring out HOW.
Kyle: Has become awesome since I asked him to read the whole question. Nowadays, I get great answers from him.
Ed: It’s clear you’re the most competent and detail oriented team member. Always great answers.
I understand you guys are working hard to help us and I do appreciate all the great help I’ve got. You guys seems to be a little uneven though, and I believe this theme would sell even better if one could give great feedback on support level compared to other WP themes. I really hope you’re taking this constructive criticism the right way, as my goal is just to make an already awesome theme even better.
