Attempt at a neighborhood woo carousel CATEGORY shortcode

So i created two documents on GIST to attempt accomplishing a shortcode that would mimic what the slider is doing but able to be initialized via a shortcode in the swift builder … I think im close can someone take a look and see what im doing wrong ?

its outputting something but basically the output is the markup around the ob_get_clean() whilst the ob_get_clean() is empty … any help greatly appreciated!

This sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes. For anyone else curious.. I have corrected these and they now work … you can use the shortcode [mycats ids=”123,456,789″] where the numbers there are the ID’s of YOUR category thumbnails you want to display.

Look at line 67 of the function.php code there is a H4 wrapped in a span .. modify it there … 😉 glad you found it useful!
