    I’ve been waiting for almost 12 hours since installing Atelier and all related plugins but it seems I am getting stuck with Aterlier Demos Content version 2.0 still with no option for me to updating to the lateest version. I need to use Vario demo theme asap, please advice. It’s on the localhost by the way.

    Thank you. Received an update via email but another problem has just arisen. After importing everything, the product grid contents are all empty including the Product page itself. The data are there over the dashbaord but they won’t get displayed. My site is on the localhost by the way.

    Can you check your browser console to see if you get any errors? Difficult for us to assist if we can’t view a live site, so we always recommend people contact us with any issues once their site is setup on a live environment.

    I didn’t get any error while importing, looked normal. I tried with another demo, Bryant, quickly reviewed each page and it looked totally fine with this theme but not Vario. What would be your wide guess for this symptom?

    The products are now displayed on the homepage and Product page. What I did was by visiting the problem pages and then click “Update/Publish”. Yet the layouts aren’t matching with the demo site, in need of some adjustment after importing everything. I am look forward for an improvement or what caused as I intend to buy an extended license if the support and the theme are pretty reliable and not much of an modification/adjustment involved.

    Hi,

    Like Ed said, it’s difficult to assist without having access to it. Can’t you put it online somehow?

    Did you reseted the installation between the different demo install’s?
    Also did you imported options/colors/widgets?

    I did import everything: 4 checkboxes were checked before clicking an import. I’ve tried testing with your latest 3 demos so far: only Porter is with the least problem but for the Flock is quite severe.

    Hi,
    I have Swift Framework v1.10 and I just purchased your theme yesterday directly downloaded from Themeforest itself. The package came with the v1.51 not your latest version of 1.52 (according to your changelog). How come customers have got many files behind their actual current version. That was including the Swift Demo Content which should have come with the latest version at the download. Anyway please do confirm all the current plugins version on your next reply. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Try to deactivate the SwiftFramework plugin, after that you will see an update link in the plugins page, update and then activate again.

    The versions from Themeforest maybe sometime be different because the files update process in Themeforest it’s not very fast.

    if you can’t update to 1.32 let me know and I will send the 1.32 version in a zip

    I don’t know what seems to be wrong with my site, it’s multisite by the way. I have done everything you said, deactivated, then kept refreshing and also wait for hours, nothing from SwiftIdeas update has come through. Please send un update through my email. Thanks a lot, Rui for your help.
