I am getting the attached message on my dashboard

This has happened before, the thing is I have very limited knowledge and don’t really want to have to pay a developer to fix it, plus I can’t guarantee to my client this will not happen again so don’t really want to get stressed clients calling me, the theme also seems to have crazy thumbnails, such as on this link below

    http://www.nailnation.darrenmcchrystal.com/product-category/nail-gel/

And here particularly has gone a bit mad http://www.nailnation.darrenmcchrystal.com/shop/

I don’t have login details to hand but can get them tomorrow

    Cheers in advance

    Darren

Have you updated the theme to 1.9.5?

    Hi Darren,

If you child theme is overriding the Woo template files you will need to hire the developer to update those to merge the parent theme files with the child theme files.

    Thanks.

Is this whats affecting the thumbnails? Or is it just the outdated PHP files for woo commerce? I’m just worried that every time there is a theme update I’m going to have to hire and pay a developer, once I pass the site on to my client it will cause issues for me if there site suddenly starts looking weird.

Yes, those are related. Updates will always require a developer if the changes are large or out of your scope of knowledge.

    Thanks,
    David
