    Hi Guys,
First and foremost: We have bought all your themes and love your support.

We do a lot of client sites and have decided to use Atelier as our future framework (we will buy a license per site/client), but what is best practices here?

There will sometimes be features and functionalities that we will need in your theme. How to deactivate these in a good way so that the unused features will not slow down the site and thus effect speed?

    Thanks,
    Maria

    Hi,

Thanks for using our theme has an framework.
Our theme itself already has a lot of options to disable several functionalities.

Also with Atelier we did several performance improvements like some a smart script that only loads the necessary resources. For instance it doesn’t load any resource from Woocommerce if you aren’t in a Woocommerce page, and several similar situations.

You can also build a child theme on top of Atelier theme to add your own framework functionalities.

There is also the possible to deactivate a few more things in the child theme, let us know what specific script you need to turn off and we will help with that.

Hope it helps. If you still have any doubt let us know.

    -Rui
