    Hi there,

    is there a way to get the top-bar menu (right) from header1 into the footer section in mobile view?

    I’m afraid not sorry, you would have to add a menu in the footer separately

    would it than be possible to show a specific footer menu only in mobile view?
    maybe with something like wp_is_mobile() ??
