    Hi guys,

    I have uploaded an alternate logo and have selected the checkbox to use the logo on a specific page. However, when I update the page, the checkbox no longer shows the blue checkmark and the alt logo isn’t displayed on the homepage.

    Any ideas?

    There seems to be an issue on that page, please use this page imstead and delete the other one http://wpeliteplus.com/demo/wpframeboxplus/wp-admin/post.php?post=306&action=edit&message=10

    This is a copy of your page but the meta options save fine

    Unfortunately, changing the options and updating the page still doesn’t actually update. There’s something weird going on and I’m not sure if it’s the theme or my Multisite Network set up. Any other ideas?

    Hi,

    I just unchecked the Use Alt Logo option on the test page we created and it saved fine.

    Hi Rui,

    Please check the other options as well. Most of the other options are not saving, have a look at the Swift Slider options. Could this be due to a lack of memory on my server?

    Just tried what you said and yes the changes of the Swift Slider reverted. Seems to be an erratic error so it could be memory issues.

    Can you increase it a bit and also check your server logs for any additional error?

    Not sure what went wrong initially but I have created a new page and started from scratch. It seems it might be due to the demo content import.
