    Hi,

    1. I am trying to change the Page Title Backgrounds using the different “Alt Backgrounds” provided by the theme, but it doesn’t seem as though they are loaded.
Under Pages > Sample Page > Page Options – Page Title Background, I try selecting all of the different Alt 1, Alt 2, Alt 3 etc and the “Alt Background Preview” image does not change.
I then saved it with “Alt 5” and when refreshing the “Sample Page”, the background stays the same for the title. I tried multiple options to change it and it stays the same.
    Attached screenshots to this message.

    2. Is it possible to use a custom image in the Page Title location on a page instead of the Alt Backgrounds or Revolution slider?

FYI – I did not load the demo content as I did not want all of the additional content in the back-end but I did load all of the content files for the theme I believe. If I am missing files, can you please tell me exactly where they are located within the theme zip file? And potentially just pass along those specific files if needed?

Also – I did install the demo content on a test server and the same issue occurred.

    Thank you!
    – Sarah

    Hi

You’ll need to import the theme options to get those bg images. I’m guessing you can’t do that not if you’ve already configured all of your options. You’ll have to manually download the images off the demo

    Hi Kyle,

Thanks for the response but I am a bit confused.
Are you saying that these Alt Backgrounds are only apart of the Demo Content and not part of the baseline Flexform theme?

Can you please let me know how to download the images off the demo? Maybe you can tell me the exact names of the alt background image files so that I can search for them in my Flexform zip file? I actually loaded the demo content onto my test server and the same issue is happening. Attached screenshots of my test region where I still can’t see the Alt images in the Theme Options section even with the Demo content loaded.

Can you please answer this question from my original post:
    2. Is it possible to use a custom image in the Page Title location on a page instead of the Alt Backgrounds or Revolution slider?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

I imported the themes-option within the demo content and I can at least see the background images now on the individual “Pages” even if not under the Theme Options section which is good enough for now.

But just wondering about that #2 question when you have a chance.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

It worked when I changed the page title background to Alt 10.
I also cleared you cache from the cache plugin, that could be causing it.

can you check the sample page?

Can you provide access to that demo server where you imported everything so I can locate the background images.

You can also upload your own images in the Asset Background

    Hi!

I can see the background images on each of the pages for the titles on both the client and test servers, so I think we are “ok” with that. I was thinking I may still have an issue because I can’t see the background examples under “Theme Options” but in the screenshot you sent just now, mine looks the same as yours – so as long as I can see them actually changing on the website, I am good – thanks 🙂

And also, thanks for showing me where we can upload our own background for the page title – that’s helpful! So this means we can only upload 1 and not 1 for each individual page correct?

Thanks so much for your help!

    Nevermind my question.

I see that we can set one for each of the Alt Backgrounds on that same screen, I just needed to scroll down – thanks again and I think I am all set now!

That’s great. Feel free to ask when having any doubt.
