    Hi,

    it’s absolutely necessary to allow user to manage the maintenance page.. CSS, background and more.

    Hi simone,

    You mean you want to edit the contents inside the maintenance mode page??

    Go to functions.php at line #239 you see a line like this

    wp_die($custom_logo_output . '<p style="text-align:center">We are currently in maintenance mode, please check back shortly.</p>');

    you can change the content there, I will report this to the developer too, to add custom text from theme options instead hack the code.

    It’s not possible as far as I’m aware, as it’s the default WordPress styling, but we’ll look to improve this in the future.
