All settings in “Theme Options” are gone!
All entries were overwritten with my login name.
Options header, footer options, Social Profiles and so on
How can that be?
I hope I get help quickly.

Hi, you cannot get the options back you will need to set them again. They don’t disappear without a reason, something you did must have erased them, such as hitting the reset button or activating a faulty plugin, activating another theme or similar.

I only see unanswered tickets which are younger than this ticket. We will answer them once we get to them.
