All don´t work

Dear Sirs,

we have any contact before and i have massive problems with the Theme.
Every time a guy by your support it´s a problem with my hosting-settings but i test today morning 3 other themes and now 2 other theme. All are working fine and without problems. Only yours don´t work.

1. I can´t install over WP-Uploader (get errors about ._006_pad_line_numbers_error = any wrong files inside your zip-folder)

2. If i upload over ftp the mac-file is down. I can use the theme but i have many errors on shortcodes like google-statics etc. and any Plugins don´t work. Your Demo-Importer don´t work also.

I use you theme of any different site for test but it don´t work on any f this. All sites has a verry different hosting.

I ask any time for a support but i only get a answer like “it´s my hosting error”. I love your shop-system really and i want to use this theme but at now iám verry upset with service and theme.

I hope i can get help over your support now.

Can you give me a fresh WordPress install with the WP and FTP logins, so that I can install the Joyn there with the demo content. Is that okay?

or can you explain the errors in details, so that we can digging in to it?
