All content from pages are gone

Dear Developer,

Somehow all of my content on the front end of all of my pages are not visible anymore. This is a MAJOR error and I need it fixed ASAP.

In the back end the elements are still present but once I update anything the content is gone as well. What is happening!!??

Hello Rui,

I updated the plugin and cleared my cache but the problem is still there.

I talked to a a colleague and he mentioned that it might be a jquery bug with the plugin.

Can you have another look?

I can’t even access properly the theme options.
Can you disable all plugins except Redux framework and SwiftFramework? Or can I disable them temporarily to test?

I just tried to disable them all, and I can see your backend content and the frontend.

But the frontend seems to have a bit of extra padding.

If I try to upload the theme it gives me the following message:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

What can I do about this?

Hi Bruce,

How did you install the original theme? If you can access FTP, all you should need to do is replace the /js/functions.js and /js/functions.min.js file

Apologies but might be a bot too much for me. I installed the last theme via the uploader in my wordpress account. Unfortunately I dont know how to do it in the FTP. Could you perhaps do it if I give you access?
