Try to update the theme, Woocommerce and the SwiftFramework plugin in a couple of hours and check if the issue still remains.

I’ve looked at your site, and the search returns the same as the default WooCommerce/WordPress search. If you believe the theme is returning the wrong results, please try the default search first:
Either e.g.:
https://luxury-gifts.white-almonds.com/search/vase/?post_type=product
or
https://luxury-gifts.white-almonds.com/?s=vase

April 9, 2017 at 1:47 pm #320205Hi Ed,
Can you try searching for ‘vase’ without pressing enter on the search icon on the top and then erase that then type coaster without pressing enter again to see the issue.
Thanks
April 11, 2017 at 12:59 pm #320555Hi,
When testing I get these results displayed, is this something you now also see?
Coaster:
Vase:
April 11, 2017 at 1:06 pm #320559I tried coaster. it did not give any results.
Also on your screenshot of Coasters it gave the wrong results. Those are goblets. No coaster keyword on that product.

In the meantime, could you add your FTP details also? I’d like to look into how many results are returned out the order of the output items.
Thanks.

Has this always been an issue on your site? I can’t replicate this issue on our sites. On your site it seems as though the second response from the AJAX call is blank, potentially a server error – might want to check the error logs to see if there is anything present there?
We’ll check that topic.

April 13, 2017 at 5:20 pm #320970Hi Ed,
Just started development on this site, same time i bought the theme. After a few days i started searching for some keywords and discovered this issue. Ill try to check if there’s anything with the error logs. Thanks for taking a look at the issue.
Thanks guys
