I installed the Woocommerce Ajax Layered Navigation extension but it’s not yet working properly. I shared the problems I have with the Woocommerce support team, but they claim that it is an issue with the Neighborhood theme. So I would love to get your support for the following issues:
1. I can install the widget in the widget sidebar, it appears on the website, but the sidebar get pushed down all the way down to the page, below the “products” container – see attachment SIDEBAR_PUSHED_DOWN.
RESPONSE WOOCOMMERCE: This is most likely due to your theme. After logging into your site, I see the theme has an update which would be a good place to start in the debug process. –
2. It doesn’t seem to update the product-container when selecting a size. I saw at the documentation
that this could happen if the container is not classed/called “products”, but it is called/classed “products”. When selecting a size I get this error in Chrome-Console —> see attachment ERROR_CHROME_CONSOLE
What does work is going to an indivual URL with the applied filter when the plugin is activated:
When I go to URL: http://bruut.nl/product-categorie/sneakers/?filter_maat=349 the filtered page appears with only the products with the filtered size – see attachment WORKING_URL_PAGE_FILTERRESPONSE WOOCOMMERCE:: After switching to the default theme, it appears to be functioning as it should. This points to issues with the theme. Because you are using a third party theme, be sure to contact the developer or company if the update does not resolve it.

Right now I deactivated the plugin, but feel free to research the webstore http://www.bruut.nl. I have been updated until the second last update of Neighborhood.
I am looking forward to get your support.

Before we take a look, could you possibly update to Neighborhood v1.7? There has been a few fixes since your version, and will help us with our mission to help with this 🙂
Thanks,

Thank you for your quick reply.
I asked it, but on a short term my developer doesn’t want to update the theme because he doesn’t want to overwrite custom css/code.
Could you still have a look and see what the problem is? As you can see above the problem occurs also with another person on the latest update.
Happy easter!

April 19, 2014 at 11:42 am #68489Can someone who is having the issue attach the plugin zip in a private reply? I’ll then be able to check locally and find a solution.
Thanks,
