After update issues.

Hi,
I’ve just had some issues login in and resetting password for support via chrome, luckily I tried in another browser and it worked ok. You’ll see an email at your info@ address from me so please ignore that.

I have done the recent theme updates along with Woo commerce and WP so everything is up to date but there are two problems on the website:

1. The second variation on all variable products doesn’t show the selectable options even though they are active in the product settings.
2. On the related products row in the lower part of the single product page the hover left and right arrows appear way below the actual thumbs.

Hi,

1) Try to activate the default Twenty 15 theme and check if it happens the same.
2) They are at the middle of the entire content, that includes the image and the text below.

Hi Mark,

Small world, I used to be based just along from you in Soho.

1) If you login to your WP Dashboard, can you run the WooCommerce updater. “WooCommerce Data Update Required – We just need to update your install to the latest version”
2) We are aware of that and we do have an update in the works to resolve that. We have a beta release for that, but you would need to manually upload the theme folder via ftp.

A few minutes ago looked fine to me, now it’s showing like your screenshot.
Our latest Neighbourhood version had some issues with some blank spaces.

Install this fixed version.

Yes David it is a small world. I don’t work in Soho anymore because I moved to the coast and started my own business. Soho has changed so much still great to get up there a few times a year.

I installed the new version of the theme and it has cleared issue number 2.

Unfortunately issue 1 is still an issue after running the woo updater.

Regarding 1) Variations: I am going through your products and I am now able to select variations both 1st & 2nd. Can you clear your browser cache and also try?
