    Hi, read a few posts around but nothing seems to address this issue.

    I ran pingdom pagespeed test and noticed a long wait time for admin-ajax.php. Also ran GTmetrix and showing:
    POST action woocommerce_get_refreshed_fragments

    Disabled plugins etc all the normal actions still showing long wait times. Seems to be something to do with the live ajax shopping cart.
    Do you have any insight or solutions as adding 1 -2 seconds of load time is not good.

    Hi,

    Not sure if somehow is related but it seems you have 1 error in your custom jQuery

    The cart fragments are part of the Woocommerce. Can you try to test with the default WordPress theme(Twenty 17) to compare?

    That is somehow cause by WP Rocket, when you deactivate it the error goes away.
    Maybe something in the WP Rocket settings.

    Try to disable the plugin and run again your tests.

    Please update the WP core version and the main theme: https://www.vanbclothing.com/wp-admin/update-core.php

    I see a fairly fast load time:

    Pingdom shows your server has a large wait time (Web browser is waiting for data from the server) on the Ajax file. Have you contact your hosting provider about this?
