You will see the contact form down the right hand side if you are logged in to ThemeForest. He needs users to email him this way because it shows you as a buyer of the theme.

Yes the issue is fixed, if you update to 1.6 it should not happen 🙂

Hi,

The issue was fixed in 1.6 version.
just update your theme to this last version and clear the all the cache in your computer.
