Sometimes when I load a product page, the Additional Information doesn’t load. Usually a refresh solves this issue (which isn’t good enough in my opinion, why does it happen at all? A customer won’t know a refresh will fix it, they just won’t buy the product and will probably leave the site thinking they can’t get more information on the product).
However for some reason the Additional Information isn’t loading at all on one of my products. I have checked the product, there’s definitely Additional Info entered into it.
If someone could check this I’d appreciate it.
