    I can’t use the Swift page builder to add a “single image” anymore. It freezes the page. Adding “title” etc works but not the single image. Gah! I don’t understand where this issue comes from. Have updated everything, cleared cache, restarted computer and router. I have this problem in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
    I also have a new issue that I’m not sure if it is my hosts fault or what? I can’t use the Swift page builder to add a “single image” anymore. It freezes the page. Adding “title” etc works but not the single image. Gah! I don’t understand where this issue comes from. Have updated everything, cleared cache, restarted computer and router. Hi Mohammad!

    I wrote to my host support as well. They said the problem might have been a memory issue. They bumped my site up from 128MB to 256MB and now the pop-up for adding single image through Swift page builder works! It takes 15 seconds to load now. It seems slow to me, as I have fast internet connection and plenty of RAM on my HD. But right now, I’m just happy for it to be working at all.

    QUESTION:
    Is this an action that uses more memory than the other elements in the Page Builder?

    Thanx!

    I’ll post login in the next comment in case there is a bug anyway.

    Hi,
    Please open to edit wp-config.php at wordpress installation root directory and put this code define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '132M'); as first of the statement . It will fix your issue sure .

    Thanks 🙂

    OK. I did. There was another line there:

    define(‘WP_CACHE’, false);

    I left that as is and put your

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘132M’);

    on top of it. Was that correct?

    It still takes 15 sec to load single image pop-up. I can live with it but it just seems weird that it is so SLOW to me.

    Whoho!

    Ed, I updated the files:

    /includes/swift-framework/page-builder/builder/lib/shortcodes.php
    /includes/swift-framework/page-builder/builder/lib/helpers.php

    with your new versions and now my page builder loads “add single image” in 1,5 sec instead of 15 sec. Awesome! Thanx!
