I have set a range of products up properly and the add to cart button comes and goes.
i do not have any plug ins installed that would cause this to happen as I only have the ones that are a requirement for the theme.Im going crazy, its impossible to sell to customers if they cant add to cart
Please let me know what the fix is
thanks
emily

August 24, 2013 at 7:07 pm #18012hey, i’m just a customer here, but i’m 100% sure that the problem is because you need to first select the size and color before you can Add to Cart!
otherwise people could place an order for an item and you wouldn’t know which color or size to send!
August 24, 2013 at 8:09 pm #18016yes, you have to make a selection before the ‘add to cart’ shows up when you have product variations.
August 24, 2013 at 11:45 pm #18020Hi Guys
Thanks for your replies. The button does not appear after the combo has been selected, sometimes it will appear if you refresh the browser, but most times it does not.
🙁
August 25, 2013 at 7:26 am #18032I have attached a screen shot below which shows he add to cart in firefox but not in chrome.
This also varies as sometimes it works in safari but not in firefox.Swift- do you have some script/code to stop this from happening?
August 26, 2013 at 4:11 pm #18156The only reason I can think this wouldn’t show would be a javascript conflict with another plugin or as such. Can someone provide me a link to check if I can reproduce?

August 28, 2013 at 11:43 pm #18755The only plug ins installed are the ones that come with the theme.
This is getting ridiculous. It has been over a week since I have been able to sell ANYTHING.Im becoming very frustrated and frankly fed up.
I supplied you with a log in and password over a week ago and all im getting are flimsy answers that are of no use.If you cannot help, admit it and Ill contact envato for a refund.

The JavaScript errors are what are causing your issues. Can you try re-uploading the theme? We’re not experiencing this here, so it must be something that is wrong with your install.

September 2, 2013 at 9:30 am #19364I have re installed it again, twice.
still, no shopping cart and 2 week later I cannot sell anything.whats causing the javascript errors? If the plug ins I have are the ones that come with the theme it cant be those, so what is it?
September 2, 2013 at 10:17 am #19373Still not sure where this is coming from. It’s definitely not the theme, we’ve had no other users with this issue, nor can we replicate.
Please can you try updating revslider to the attached version?
