Add to cart AJAX does not work in Custom Pages

Hi.
Im using “WooCommerce Wholesale Order Form” plugin to list all woocommerce products and it does not work in your theme.

It works in Theme Twenty Sixteen.So plugin’s developer says ask to theme support.

I make other plugins off but still doesn’t work.
Chrome’s Developer Tools say error below.

There is no error happen in Twenty Sixteen.
It seems some conflict in js or jQuery but I have no idea.

Hi,

Can you try to disable the option add to cart Ajax in the Woocommerce settings?
I think the Twenty Seventeen doesn’t use ajax so maybe that’s why it works.
