Add stock in "Variations" causes Drop Down boxes to disappear on front end

Hi

I had added variations to my products with out any issues. Once I went through and managed the stock at a variation level, it caused the drop down boxes for the variations to disappear on the front end.

I have read numerous pages on this forum regarding similar issues, but nothing which specifically relates to Stock management causing the problem.

If I go to Woo Commerce and look at stock reports it states that the stock has been updated, so it is registering it, just causing the problem on the front end.
