Account creation form not working

The account sign up form does not appear to be working on our site – it after entering details in new account creation form it simply loops back to the same page.

Can you enable the Twenty15 theme, disable all plugins and test that.

Hi,

Can you disable your caching plugin, then temporarily set your permalinks back to Plain.

I cannot find anything to suggest YOAST changes the WooCommerce registration form on their docs.

attached are two screen shots

1. is of registration form with yoast active

2. is of registration form with yoast not active…

I tried change to plain permalinks – no difference..

caching is not active.

hope you can help..

Hi,

I am testing this locally, when I have YOAST enabled/disabled it still allows me to register no matter if the plugin is active or not.

Please disable all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce & Yoast active and let me know.

Hi David,

I can confirm account registration page works wit all plugins deactivated accept woocommerce + neighbourhood theme active.

Re-enabling the plugins 1 by 1 shows that the registration form becomes inactive (stuck redirecting to login page) when yoast is active.

I cannot replicate this locally on my dev version either which is even more strange. Can you log a ticket with WooCommerce: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us and let me know what they find also?

Please also add your FTP details, I’ll continue to investigate this.
