Accordion within Modal

Hello! I’ve been having trouble inserting an accordion into a modal, like the demo page My Account>Questions. I created an empty text box, used the shortcode generator for modal, then created an accordion, switched to the default editor to get the shortcode for the accordion, and inserted the text into where it says “TEXT FOR MODAL HERE”. However, it turned out like the photo attached. Why does it keep doing that instead of putting the accordion within the modal?

What am I doing wrong?

All seems to be working fine to me, the “Frequently Asked Questions” modal – right?

Map is blank for me – doesn’t look like any of the locations are set correctly. Can you confirm they all have a Latitude / Longitude value?
