    div.wpb_accordion_section h3 a{color:#000 !important;}

    Hi

    The reason it’s not working is because you have this in your custom css:

    href=”#menu” class=”smooth-scroll-link”
href=”#private” class=”smooth-scroll-link”
href=”#events” class=”smooth-scroll-link”
href=”#private_menus” class=”smooth-scroll-link”

    What is that? You need to remove it
