About Me page Not Scrolling

The issue that I’m encountering is the context in the About Me page is not scrolling down. Could you please help, Much appreciate.

the settings are fine. The page on the right seems to be scrolling fine.
The only difference is in the Header Banner where you don’t have any content.

Done. I just edit the page, activate the Swift Page builder mode and saved.
