    Hi Guys,Can you please help me with these few issues,
    I’m running wpml on my site with EN & DE with English=(default)

    1/ In my mega menu EN the menu and Thumbnails images are large and are cropped and doesn’t look good. While in DE the mega menu is perfect.

    On the product page EN & DE all products are hard cropped. Can you please help or point me in the right direction:

    PRODUCT IMAGES SETTINGS ARE AS FALLOW
    Catalog Images 560 × px
    Single Product Image 560 × px
    Product Thumbnails 180 × px

    …I have regenerated Thumbnails more than ounce to no avail….

    2/ How do i Totally disable the mo files.

    What do you mean by disable the mo files?

    Hi,

    I’m seeing the Mega Menu always distort even in DE language. Can you provide admin access to check the menu?

    Regarding the .mo files, you just need to remove them.

    Hi,

    just find the .mo files in your server and delete them.
    In Dante is inside the Language folder.

    Can you change the Woocoommerce image settings to Hard Crop and regenerate the images using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin?

    We also figure out that you are using some .gif images on the products, you should only use png images.

    Hi,
    ..the mo files problems are sorted.I’ve done all the othere but the meger menu has the same issues.
    …any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    Can you try to regenerate all the thumbnails with the this plugin?

    Regenerate Thumbnails

    You still have a few gif images

    That color customizer is probably because of this error.

    “ERROR: The parent theme is missing. Please install the “ecofield & Dante” parent theme.”

    If you changed the Parent theme directory you should also change that inside the style.css of the child theme.

    Give it a try.
